Resources By County

PLAN-IT SEPTIC services 16 counties in central Texas. Each county government in Texas regulates its own OSSF requirements. You might already have discovered how difficult it can be to gather the correct documents and permits necessary to ensure your proposed or existing OSSF complies with local rules, regulations, and state law.

For the convenience of our clients, PLAN-IT SEPTIC continually strives to bring together all the documentation and accessible resources for each county to our site.

PLAN-IT SEPTIC is an On-Site Sewage Facility Design and Site Evaluation company that balances public health, regulatory and environmental issues with our clients’ bottom line. We design On-Site Sewage Facilities (OSSF's) and perform site evaluations with sound science, regulatory compliance, and common sense.

We know how confusing it can be to navigate the complex rules and regulations that vary between counties and municipalities in Texas. That's why we provide county and city specific resources for much of our service area. [resources by county]

With our keen knowledge and attention to detail, we work to keep our designs aesthetically pleasing and ecologically responsible.

Aerobic System Info

Aerobic On-Site Sewage Facilities are highly efficient and process waste effluent to about 98% Reclaimed Water Standards. The remainder of the treatment process is left up to the natural bacteria found in the soil, ultraviolet light, and evapotranspiration.
